“Found Recruitment Services was founded in January 2025, something I’m extremely proud of. After starting in the Recruitment industry in 2006, I’ve experienced the highs and lows that this sector can bring. It’s tougher than most people think or what we sometimes get credit for, which I accept can be true in most lines of work. Like many people, I fell into Recruitment. It wasn’t a career choice; I didn’t understand at that point what Recruitment was about or the opportunities that it provides. I graduated from Northumbria University and after working in the Leisure industry for a year, I’ve always enjoyed speaking to, meeting with and helping people and I soon realised that I needed something more challenging and rewarding. When I took my first job in Recruitment, I had no idea that it would tick all of those boxes and so much more.
Very early on in my Recruitment career, I had an ambition to lead a team. I was always keen to work with a build a group of like-minded individuals and equally to support others on their journey - After 19 years of growing my career, it finally has become a reality.
I’ve been extremely lucky enough to work with some great people over the years in our industry and I am proud to say I have a fantastic team around me. That’s what “Found” is all about, working hard as individuals and together to consistently add value in everything we do. We do this by supporting others and sharing knowledge, building relationships and making a positive impact. We understand the responsibility we have to help Clients and Candidates across the board and getting to know everyone as individuals to ensure the right fit for all involved.
